I preordered some xxr wheels and I was more than satisfied with joe and how well he kept me updated as to when my wheels would be estimated to ship out and arrived at my door. The packaging was perfect and showed up very neat and in damaged. Thank you NLMOTORING for the ease of ordering and great customer service.
Everything went smoothly with my purchase and NLM was quick to get them shipped. My only complaint is that one rim arrived damaged from mishandling during shipping. They were boxed good and should not have been damaged so not faulting NLM. They did respond promptly to my e-mail but I wasn’t pleased with there solution to the problem. I was told a claim was filed with FedEx and it could take 10-20 days to complete the claim. That would have put me almost a month out for a replacement. I opted to purchase a new wheel and I’m now waiting on a refund for the damaged wheel. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase just wish they would have stepped up to get me a replacement quickly without having to purchase one at my exspence.
