I had an initial problem with my order because of a production batch mix up so I received one of my wheels in a visibly darker shade. I called NLM and spoke with Joe, he was always polite even when I was frustrated. They sent me return labels and when they received the return they sent the correct ones my way. Sure, it took longer to finally have the wheels that I wanted, but in the end I know things like this happen, it’s how you handle it and whether you make it right in the end that counts. Thanks NLM! You’re alright in my book.
Bought these rims on Black Friday and didn’t take more than a week to pick these bad boys up at their facility. The discounted price on Black Friday was the best I found anywhere else. Also their customer service was very helpful and quick to reply if I needed any questions about my order or anything else in specific.
