XXR 521 – The XXR 521 wheels utilize a classic mesh design with a unique stepped lip. The clean cut mesh spokes are a timeless style that looks at home on a Nissan 370Z, or BMW M3. The real metal rivets are removable and replaceable. Custom paint them, or pick up a set in Red, Blue, Gold, or Gloss Black for total customization! This is a great wheel for your 2019 Civic. You'll also want to grab a set of 12x1.5 tuner lug nuts, and some 73.1mm-64.1mm hub rings to complete your new wheel installation. Your local tire shop can help transfer your stock TPMS sensors over to the new wheels.
These wheels are nice and it has just enough chrome bolts around the wheel. We would just prefer a wider wheel! Like a 17×8

Product came real quick and with great packaging
Product showed up quickly and as advertised. Only downside was international freight cost was outrageous. I would have ordered the entire set of wheels had there been been a ground shipping option. Despite this, the rest of the transaction was top-shelf!
Last winter I bought four XXR 521’s in flat black in the 20×10.5 +30mm for a square setup on my Mustang. I really like the quality and the value for the money. I ended up also getting two in 16×8 to put 295/50R16 Mickey Thompson ET Street II drag radials for the track. I just bought these 17x7s to go with the 16’s for track use. These also meet the quality standards from the other six I bought before. They just barely clear the Brembo brakes on the front, (I mean 1/64th inch clearance with a one inch spacer on the front) but work great and look awesome. These 521’s are light weight, strong, easy to balance out, and have a very durable finish on them.
I highly recommend these wheels. I also highly recommend nlmotoring.com because they have really good prices on these wheels with a wide selection, shipping is really quick. I will be coming back here for the 18×10’s next to put road course slicks on.
