I ordered these wheels on the 4th and they didn’t ship until the 28th. I got them the other day and i ordered the wrong bolt pattern. (I know my own fault) I’m super frustrated and it’s going to cost even more to ship them back. The wheels look nice though. Just took awhile to get
Your company lost one of my 4 wheels because of an error on your end it it took you over a month for me to get my wheel and for you to realize it was your fault. Never recommending your company to anyone and i am 100% never ordering from you again.
Let me say I love the wheels! Avid makes some awesome styles! The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the packaging. I ordered 20 lug nuts (which come in a flimsy box) NLM placed them in one of the wheel boxes to ship in. When the whees and lug nuts arrived the lug nuts were loose in the box with my wheel causing some scuff on the inside of the wheel. From what I could tell no damage was done to the face of the wheel but I will know for sure once it is mounted on a tire.
Great looking rims, I’ll probably get these next time.
The wheels shipped fast and I had them within a week. Super impressed by NLM. Wheels came packaged great and look awesome. Thanks again!
